Hierdoor vermindert de CO<sub>2<\/sub>-uitstoot, wat essentieel is om het broeikaseffect tegen te gaan. Bouman Environmental heeft dit product ontwikkeld in nauwe samenwerking met een spin-off van Universiteit Twente, en <a href=\"http:\/\/www.twence.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Twence<\/a> (een producent van duurzame energie en grondstoffen uit afval en biomassa). De technologie die is ontwikkeld vangt niet alleen het CO<sub>2<\/sub> uit rookgassen af, maar zet de CO<sub>2<\/sub> vervolgens ook om in natriumbicarbonaat (NaHCO<sub>3<\/sub>). Dit natriumbicarbonaat wordt op zijn beurt benut om de laatste resten van andere schadelijke stoffen uit de verbrandingsgassen te halen. Dit leidt niet alleen tot kostenbesparing voor de gebruiker, maar heeft ook een aanzienlijke milieuwinst.&nbsp;\n<\/div><div  class=\"\" >\n<p class=\"p_tc\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><em>&#8220;Dit is zo uniek dat de hele afvalwereld met ons meekijkt.
